Below are the positions for which we are currently accepting applications.

Each position has its own unique requirements, so please refer to the individual postings for the necessary materials to send.

Working at Tango Gameworks

Communication and Teamwork

Even with direction, a game isn’t made by a single person. We strive for a workplace with free and open communication. Whether it’s questioning if something is working, or suggesting a new idea, it’s all about the end goal of creating “the best game we can make.”
We like to talk about our projects honestly and give feedback in a constructive and encouraging manner regardless of your section.
To enable an environment where communication isn’t hindered, our office is a fully Japanese environment, and all employees are expected to perform their work in Japanese.

*Business-level Japanese at a minimum level (JLPT N2 equivalent) is required*

A Hybrid Workspace

To create a balance of collaboration and focus time, Tango Gameworks operates on a hybrid system, providing a working environment at home and in our office.
But from experience we know how much of our creativity and teamwork comes from face-to-face interaction; whether it be strengthening communication, or spontaneity of ideation. Therefore, depending on the stage of project development, for specific meetings or educational opportunities, we do ask employees to come to the office at regular intervals with advance notice given.

At this time, we are not considering applicants that work fully remote.

Tango and KRAFTON

Expanding and Creating New IPs under KRAFTON

Tango Gameworks has always been committed to developing games driven by fresh, exciting ideas that our creative teams are passionate about. Now, as a part of KRAFTON, Inc., we proudly continue this tradition.
Our core mission is to create new games and expand intellectual properties. To achieve this, we operate as an independent development studio based in Tokyo, Japan, focusing on original titles as well as creatively building upon existing IPs.
Since joining KRAFTON, Tango Gameworks embarks on a new chapter, developing titles that resonate with players around the world. We remain dedicated to the creation and growth of distinctive and new IPs, taking on challenges to be a unique voice in the game industry.
